Anti-Cellulite Mocha Body Wrap

As I've gotten older, I've noticed some not-so-positive changes.  As in, Yikes!  Is that really what my thighs look like from the back?

There is no permanent antidote to cellulite, but we can be happy with the next best thing -- making the cellulite look less obvious.  The trick is the caffeine in this recipe.  It temporarily shrinks the tissue, making the skin look tighter and more firm.

Plus, it smells fabulous.  Who wouldn't like to wrap themselves in chocolate?

Anti-Cellulite Mocha Body Wrap
2 cups powdered milk
1 cup cocoa powder (the kind used for baking, not the drink mix)
1/2 cup ground coffee beans
1/2 cup Moroccan Rhassoul clay
1 teaspoon fragrance oil in mocha, chocolate, cappuccino or similar (optional)

Blend together dry ingredients until well incorporated.  Slowly drop in fragrance oil, stirring constantly, until thoroughly mixed.

The dry body wrap mixture will last 8-12 months in a lidded container or sealed bag.

To use: Mix 1/2 to 1 cup mixture with enough water to make a smooth paste.  The water should be very warm to the touch.  Let the body wrap set for several minutes, to hydrate the ground coffee beans, before using.  If the wrap thickens, add more warm water.

Massage over any areas of the body you'd like, then wrap with plastic wrap, or a plastic sheet (a disposable tablecloth works fabulously for this.)  Let set for 20-45 minutes.  Rinse well with warm water.

Yield: About 4-8 treatments
